Dr Palk is an expert Forensic Psychologist and former Chair of the APS College of Forensic Psychologists. He has a distinguished career, inclusive of work in academia, in private practice and with Queensland Corrective Services. He is also a practising Barrister in Queensland. 

 

This half-day workshop aims to:

1. Debunk myths and misconceptions about responding to requests for and subpoena for records under subpoena;

2. Explain relevant Court protocols;

3. Review and offer comment on the preparation of expert opinion and testimony; &

4. Offer insights into examination-in-chief and cross-examination within a workshop exercise.
